A reclusive police archivist, on the cusp of retirement, partners with a young, ambitious police officer work to clear cold-case files. Each episode presents a different case. The screenwriters were inspired by authentic, never solved investigations. The last two episodes will drop May 1st. Presented in Polish, with English subtitles.

Episode One

S2 E1 / 44m 4s / TV-14

Employees at the police station are devastated by the death of their colleague, but they begin an intensive search for the murderer. Thanks to the information obtained in the archive by Mikos, the police have a chance to find the suspect and his employer. Meanwhile, a young officer, Hanna Buczak, is employed in the police archives and will work together with Mikos.

Episode Two

S2 E2 / 42m 32s / TV-14

Two years after the death by suicide of bakery chain owners Alia and Ryszard Sobczak, the couple's son dies. Henryk, his new co-worker Hania, and Jacek Szoka, try to solve the case, which seems to be more complicated than everything indicates. It turns out that 12 years earlier, one of the employees of the Sobczak bakery died by suicide, leaving an orphaned daughter. Mikos looks for connections.

Luiza, the niece of the police commander in Żyrardów, is kidnapped in front of the local cinema. A devastated Ryszard asks the Archivist to conduct an informal investigation into this matter together with Hania.

Henryk is disturbed by the case of Bożeński's death. His suspicions are aroused by the doctor who issued the man's death certificate.Meanwhile, someone is burned alive in a nearby forest. The victim is Łukasz Nawrot, an intellectual, a calm man, seen shortly before his death in a local arcade, where he won a larger sum of money...

Episode Five

S2 E5 / 43m 47s / TV-14

A man is murdered in a nearby summer house. The next morning, Zenon Kurtyba shows up at the police station and claims to have witnessed the crime. Henryk, Hania and Jacek get involved in solving the case, while the Archivist gives his ex-wife a parcel addressed to him. She believes it's a message from her son, who is hiding from Bożeński's people.

Episode Six

S2 E6 / 46m 29s / TV-14

Meanwhile, at the police station, Jacek and Henryk are questioning Ada Kowalczyk. The pretext is to close the case of her husband's murder. The hairdresser assures that Waldemar Bożeński was like a father to Paweł and that they never had any conflicts. Mikos tries to convince the widow that it was Bożeński who killed her husband and tells the young woman in detail how Paweł died.

Episode Seven

S2 E7 / 44m 35s / TV-14

Hania and Jacek investigate the murder of a man found with a knife in his stomach. The victim is 34-year-old Dariusz Flis, the son of the owner of a large fruit-growing company. The autopsy shows that the direct cause of death was being hit by a car, although the man would have bled to death anyway. Meanwhile, Henryk makes another attempt to talk to Paweł Kowalczyk's widow.

Episode Eight

S2 E8 / 46m 50s / TV-14

A local developer, Michał Orliński, is kidnapped in mysterious circumstances. A few hours later, his wife reports her husband missing, and the police find his car abandoned at a nearby roundabout. Baśka, Hania and Jacek are working on the case while Henryk is absorbed in the Bożeński case. He asks the commander to continue this unofficial proceeding because there's probably a mole at the station.

Episode Nine

S2 E9 / 44m 59s / TV-14

There is an explosion in Ada Kowalczyk's apartment. According to the police technician who examines the traces, it looks like the work of a professional. The police are now sure that someone at the police station is Bożeński's mole. Meanwhile, Henryk reveals to Hania that he saw the Mechanic at the cemetery two days earlier.

Episode Ten

S2 E10 / 47m 5s / TV-14

Hania visits Maria in Henryk's absence and lets her know that she knows who she is. Shortly afterwards, Mikos' ex-wife in desperation visits lawyer Bożeński and asks him for instructions on what to do next to save her son. Meanwhile, Henryk learns that Maria has enriched herself by 2 million PLN on transactions related to the sale of land for the construction of a highway.The archivist is shocked.
